EXPORT & UPLOAD

With the design and content finished, it was time make this project accessible to the client for pilot use and application.
MY IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS: 
 A. Determine appropriate location for hosting the project (in this case, a web server rather than an LMS).
 B. Export & upload the project.
 C. Deliver to the client with instructions
 D. Provide tech support & wait​ for feedback

EVALUATE?

This project remains in process, and so the "true" ADDIE process is still ongoing. 
Here is what remains in the EVALUATE phase of this project: 
  • ​An observational review, gathering and analyzing data from the pilot course, retrieving feedback from the instructors, and making any practical tweaks accordingly. 
  • A final review with the client assessing for satisfaction with the project as well as future expansion and discerning whether they would like the project to become "standalone" (managed internally by the client) or whether they would like to keep me on the project development team.
