I find surveys to be a compelling driver of organizational health, but survey participation and experience are greatly enhanced with pedagogically formatted design, and educationally informed scales and questions.

Collating materials, design/brand elements, and educational goals into one effective and measurable package is the essence of instructional design. Ecourse development is the epitome of this value. It is imperative (in my experience) for the course to draw the user in, instructing them, testing them, and inculcating (via the medium itself) them into the values and vision of the organization.

I have significant experience in producing video content, recording/editing live and produced music and podcast audio, creating minor animations and infographics, and scripting instructional videos.
A compelling presentation transforms any meeting or classroom into an immersive experience. I believe any visual or tactile aids should tell a story, engage the whole person, and enhance diverse learning pathways (regardless of the size or subject of your audience).

Each organization utilizes a design process or workflow, but across the board, every project needs to picture the vision and map the landscape before the building process can begin. I find ADDIE and storyboarding to be the most scalable and adaptable workflows across organizational structures.
